My colleagues and I
have been in the food industry for a collective 50 + years. We have trained
in, worked in, built, developed and owned our own restaurants. Over the
years, we have enjoyed great successes and weathered our fair share of
recessions. At CRSS, we know what it means to be restaurateurs and this is

I also specialize in
the business of selling restaurants. On a daily basis, CRSS is involved in
the handling of either failed or successful restaurants. As a result, I am
