consultant will spend two days on site, discreetly observing every aspect
of your restaurant.
The aim is to identify easy-to-implement solutions with quick results.

After two days on-site, the consultant will summarize his findings in a
detailed report analysis.
It will offer solutions, recommendations and highlight any special areas
of concern.
Specifically, but not
limited to, the report will include

On the final day, we will have a meeting to discuss every aspect of the
report analysis, and your unique business, in detail. We will talk
through each recommended action with you and show you how to implement
each suggestion.

|
2-4 weeks after your analysis is finalized your consultant will return
for a “follow-up” visit. You will be able to review and discuss any
related issues that may have arisen during the implementation of our
recommendations, as well as any other aspects of the report that may
concern you.
