How well do you rank?
Your guests
might not always realize it but most keep a mental score of
their dining experience. When they leave your restaurant,
many assign a point total to their experience. The more
positive the experience, the higher the score.
Have you ever
done this? What is your cut-off point for no return? 7/10,
maybe an 8?
It is
essential that you see your restaurant through the eyes of
your guests but it is not always easy to be that subjective.
We will
conduct a 100 Points of Service test on your restaurant
which will determine whether inefficient service or weak
customer relations are effecting your restaurants overall
performance.
Then, through
attention to detail, we will analyze our findings and
recommend a number of solutions guaranteed to improve guest
frequency.
