How well do you rank?

Your guests might not always realize it but most keep a mental score of their dining experience. When they leave your restaurant, many assign a point total to their experience. The more positive the experience, the higher the score.

Have you ever done this? What is your cut-off point for no return? 7/10, maybe an 8?

It is essential that you see your restaurant through the eyes of your guests but it is not always easy to be that subjective.
